Preventative Approach.

STNL desires to create and disseminate prior knowledge and in so doing increase the defences of people prior to the occurrence of a calamity. STNL further desires to promote from the aspect of an intuitive and inspirational approach, and to bring to the attention of the authorities the possible risks of a calamity enabling them to make timely preparations and plans to reduce the effects and risks of a calamity as much as possible.
